What you will do

• Lead annual strategic planning, long-range planning, and business review processes.
• Own the business operating rhythm, including monthly/quarterly business reviews and KPI governance.
• Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop advanced forecasting models and predictive analytics using BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for the VP of Strategy.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or consulting, preferably within enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in or able to work in Milan, Italy.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
