Senior Manager Forecasting (Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics & Operations)

Location: Hybrid role based in Morristown, New Jersey, with onsite attendance at the headquarters 3–4 days per week; light travel of approximately 5% may be required.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Own inline and pipeline demand forecasting for the Rare Disease Commercial Analytics & Operations team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Research, Sales, FP&A, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, and Supply Chain to establish forecast assumptions and consensus.
• Build and manage a transparent, documented, assumption-driven forecasting process.
• Track forecast accuracy and improve forecasting models and processes.
• Support product launches and create post-launch performance tracking frameworks.
• Present forecast outputs, risks, opportunities, uncertainties, and key drivers to senior leadership and strategic partners while ensuring compliance with Legal and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies, or in biotech/pharma-focused consulting.
• Required experience in forecasting; experience leading launch forecasting initiatives for specialty products is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with patient-level data and syndicated data offerings.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, prioritization, and plan-execution skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in liver disease, rare disease, or oncology.
• Experience with pharmaceutical market trends, vendors, and industry best practices.
