Growth Strategy Manager (Data Analytics)

Location: Madrid, Spain; Rome, Italy. Hybrid arrangement with home-office flexibility.

What you will do

• Improve overall performance across multiple business units.
• Own growth-related decisions for the assigned business line.
• Define and establish strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement high-impact solutions and projects end to end.
• Collaborate with teams, partners, and projects across markets, covering up to 40 countries.
• Report directly to the global growth direction.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in analytics and business roles.
• Experience building trust and leading teams or key projects.
• Background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• Data-driven approach to strategic and business decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines and business cases.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
