Client Servicing Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with global clients, serving as a point of contact for investment accounting, reporting, and analytics needs.
• Respond to enquiries about investment accounting, asset classes, financial markets, financial statements, and analytics reporting.
• Handle account setup, client lockdowns, compliance validation, and reconciliation validation.
• Validate investment data and reconcile transactions against third-party market sources using proprietary tools.
• Use internal knowledge resources to resolve client queries and prioritize a busy workload according to productivity and quality metrics.
• Contribute to team and client-related projects while collaborating with colleagues across Clearwater.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial markets and/or core accounting concepts.
• Strong computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and composure under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Finance or accounting internship experience.
• Professional experience in investment operations, accounting, or client servicing.
