Junior Product Specialist, Responsible Investments (Sustainability)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; office attendance required at least four days per week, with one day per week available to work from home

What you will do

• Support and, where appropriate, lead client interactions focused on responsible engagement and ESG/Responsible Investment strategies.
• Review RFPs and create or support pitches, presentations, and client materials.
• Prepare materials promoting the reo® stewardship service and Responsible Investment capabilities.
• Improve the client experience through portfolio analytics reports and the client portal.
• Support client consultations, webinars, and meetings, including interactions with German-speaking clients.
• Collaborate with the Responsible Investment and Sustainable Research teams.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business German and English.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and prior relevant experience in sustainability and/or financial services.
• Understanding of ESG data, client reporting, and institutional investment management.
• Passion for sustainability and the ability to explain the relevance of ESG factors to investment decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with willingness to travel to clients and prospects.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial fee models and business reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce.
