(Junior) Controller Global Reporting (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve financial reporting across German and international entities.
• Administer the global reporting platform as a key user, maintaining data quality, consistency, and transparency.
• Prepare KPI reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Controllers across regions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Drive reporting automation and standardization, and support the selection and implementation of the future reporting solution.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Group Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a comparable finance function.
• Strong understanding of financial KPIs, reporting structures, and management reporting processes.
• Analytical skills for identifying trends, challenging data, and deriving business insights.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools, advanced Excel skills, and practical experience with Power BI or similar analytics solutions.
• Confident English communication is required for interaction with international stakeholders and senior management; German skills are beneficial.
