What you will do

• Lead end-to-end revenue recognition for software, SaaS, and professional services under IFRS 15 and local GAAP.
• Analyze customer contracts in collaboration with Sales and Legal to assess accounting implications.
• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for revenue and related accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow.
• Coordinate group reporting activities and support internal and external audits.
• Continuously improve financial systems and internal controls with a focus on automation and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in software or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15) and HGB.
• Strong experience in financial statement preparation, group reporting, and consolidation.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (preferably S/4 HANA).
• Fluent in English and German.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
