Sr. FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Partner with the President and CFO to align financial strategy with business objectives and support profitable growth.
• Lead the annual Operating Plan and forecasting processes, delivering data and reporting to Corporate through HFM.
• Develop operating plan models covering sales, costs, margins, backlog, and forecasted facility results.
• Review monthly and quarterly balance sheet, income statement, and free cash flow performance.
• Analyze volume, ship profit, product mix, and market variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead product profitability analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and automation.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance; a master’s degree is desirable.
• At least 8 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including exposure to Corporate FP&A.
• Experience in a manufacturing company operating in a standard cost accounting environment.
• Experience working with complete P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Proficiency in HFM and advanced use of Microsoft Office, including Excel macros, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with senior executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence and data analytics platforms.
• Experience with scripting or Microsoft technologies such as JavaScript, VB, .NET, Python, or Perl.
