Sr. Manager, Finance - Commercial FP&A (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid — Oak Brook, Illinois, United States

Salary: $129,700–$209,200 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for an assigned corporate or commercial/product business area.
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and risk and opportunity assessments to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reporting and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate financial insights into recommendations.
• Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
• Lead, develop, engage, and retain a high-performance finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop financial and business frameworks, think strategically, and influence business decisions.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience presenting to business leaders in a finance business partner or FP&A role supporting corporate or commercial/product business units.
