FP&A Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, operating plan, and corporate reporting processes.
• Partner with the VP/GM and leadership team on financial strategy, profitable growth, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze balance sheet, income statement, free cash flow, revenue, volume, ship profit, and product mix variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including sales, cost, margin, backlog, and facility forecasts.
• Lead product profitability analysis and create action plans addressing low-margin products.
• Identify cost-reduction, process-improvement, automation, and pricing opportunities with IT, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance; a master’s degree is desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably including Corporate FP&A.
• Experience in a manufacturing company using standard cost accounting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Macros.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
• Experience with business intelligence and data analytics platforms.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
