Associate, Cost Management

What you will do

• Manage key client accounts and develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Lead and mentor the cost management team, supporting performance and professional growth.
• Lead delivery of high-quality cost management services and client value.
• Participate in tender and bid processes, including documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Create estimates and cost plans for major client developments.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, variation communication, and timely cost documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in cost management on large-scale construction projects, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• MRICS qualification is required.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Chartered status or progress toward completing chartership.
