Project Manager (Positioning & Construction Support)

Location: Aberdeen, United Kingdom; hybrid work with the potential to work from home up to 2 days per week

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Positioning & Construction Support projects from tender handover through mobilisation, execution and close-out.
• Lead client engagement as the senior client representative, managing expectations and resolving project issues.
• Manage project safety, quality, schedule, cost, commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Own project risk across QHSSE, contractual, technical, commercial and operational areas.
• Manage project P&L, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, invoicing, margin protection and variation orders.
• Lead project teams and technical specialists while applying governance, project controls and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience with full lifecycle ownership of technically complex projects.
• Background in construction support, positioning, marine, offshore or similar operational environments.
• Experience managing project P&L, commercial risk, cost control and financial performance.
• Strong risk management, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word and Microsoft Project.
• Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or PMP, although relevant experience may compensate.
