What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for one or more products or workstreams within the DSD/Universe programme.
• Operate as a Delivery Manager within agile, product-led squads.
• Plan and run squad work while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and change across delivery activities.
• Translate programme priorities and product goals into working software and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure/DevOps functions.

Requirements

• Senior-level project and delivery management experience.
• Experience working with agile, product-led delivery squads.
• Ability to manage delivery dependencies, risks, change, and programme governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional software delivery teams.
• Ability to work in London or Birmingham, United Kingdom.
