Director, Professional Services EMEA

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least 3 office days per week for candidates within reasonable commuting distance.

What you will do

• Manage the customer implementation strategy for the EMEA professional services practice.
• Lead managers, consultants, and project or engagement managers delivering implementation services to new and existing customers.
• Oversee successful project completion, customer adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive team utilization, revenue, margin, implementation timelines, and ARR retention.
• Establish practice policies and procedures that improve standardization, efficiency, and delivery quality for customers and partners.

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing professional services and customer implementation teams.
• Experience overseeing implementation projects and project or engagement management functions.
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction, utilization, revenue, margin, time to go-live, and retention metrics.
• Ability to work from or regularly commute to the London office, with at least 3 office days per week where applicable.
