Associate Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of projects across healthcare, commercial office, residential, and education sectors.
• Monitor and manage project programmes, costs, quality, and risks from planning through completion.
• Manage key client accounts, develop client relationships, and support business development.
• Lead people, projects, and business activities while managing workloads and deadlines.
• Prepare progress reports and present them at monthly client meetings.
• Apply knowledge of various forms of building contracts and support value-for-money outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects in comparable real estate or built environment sectors.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in key account management, business development, leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing delivery.
• Degree in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional chartered qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on customer service and commercial results.
