Director, HR Business Partner

Location: New York, New York, USA; minimum three days per week in hirify.global’s HQ office, Tuesday–Thursday

Base pay: $155,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, IT, and Strategy.
• Develop talent, culture, workforce, and organizational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, reporting structures, workforce planning, succession, and team effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Guide leaders and employees through organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence, Finance, Legal, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and People Partners to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience.
• Experience supporting corporate or functional groups such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, or IT.
• Expertise in organizational design, change management, talent planning, leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, and employment law.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, facilitation, consulting, coaching, and project management skills.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments and managing competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Microsoft platforms experience required and Workday experience is a plus.
