Sr. HR Business Partner

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work model with time divided between the office and home

Salary: $137,400–$233,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Drive talent strategy and connect enterprise HR strategy with business strategy.
• Advise and coach senior leaders on talent risks, workforce decisions, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead workforce planning, capability strategy, organization design, restructurings, and transformations.
• Coordinate HR Consulting and Centers of Expertise to deliver consistent policies, rewards, benefits, and performance management solutions.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for key roles, and own escalations for high-risk employee relations and ethics cases.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives and improve the capabilities and processes of the HR Consulting function.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, including senior-level HR business partnering or consulting.
• Proven leadership in workforce planning, organization design, change management, and workforce growth, reductions, and migrations.
• Expertise in using data to support business decisions, HR policy and process, strategic risk management, influencing, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with strong financial acumen and innovative thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience supporting global operations organizations is desired.
