Director, HRBP Fulfillment Operations

Location: Based onsite at the Secaucus, New Jersey fulfillment facility, with regular travel to the Arlington, Texas facility and periodic visits to the Brooklyn, New York office.

Base salary: $154,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead HR strategy, systems, and processes across two fulfillment centers.
• Manage, coach, and develop HR Business Partners, HR Coordinators, and administrators.
• Oversee employee lifecycle, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations matters in partnership with legal and business teams.
• Advise site and operations leaders on labor planning, compensation, benefits, safety, policy, and compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and senior leadership to strengthen hiring, retention, workplace culture, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and more than 8 years of Human Resources management experience, including team leadership.
• Experience supporting large operations, logistics, or supply chain environments and sizeable non-exempt employee populations.
• Experience managing dispersed teams across physical and remote locations.
• Strong proficiency in HR analytics, Workday, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, and safety regulations.
• Strong judgment, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Spanish.
