Regional Operations Associate

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Support the Regional Operations Manager in tracking regional KPIs, including driver supply, fleet utilization, labor, safety, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for regional and market leadership.
• Pull and clean operational data, identify inconsistencies, and flag anomalies.
• Prepare market performance reviews and track completion of follow-up actions.
• Analyze underperforming markets and metrics to determine causes, timelines, and changes.
• Document best practices, maintain playbooks and SOPs, coordinate market visits and audits, and take ownership of a market, metric, or project over time.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar fast-paced, data-driven role.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias toward action and willingness to solve problems without an existing playbook.
• Willingness to travel periodically to different markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience with SQL or BI tools.
