Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Own global S&OP for hardware products to convert users into active paying customers.
• Analyze KPIs including active subscribers, network utilization, and hardware unit economics (CAC, payback period).
• Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting against dynamic network capacity constraints.
• Drive resource planning for specific verticals, including hardware ramp and sunset plans.
• Enable and accelerate go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification.
• Develop and execute strategic business initiatives directly with hirify.global leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or another quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, or banking.
• 1+ years of experience in Excel or programming.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for handling large datasets independently.
• Experience with analytical modeling tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Quantitative dual degree in engineering and economics or business.
• Ability to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
