Data Operations Analyst (Finance)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in-office).

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 base + equity.

What you will do

• Reconcile patient engagement data across internal and external clinical sources on a monthly basis.
• Codify billing logic in SQL (BigQuery) and develop auditable, scalable transformation workflows.
• Use Python or Google Sheets scripting to clean inputs and automate recurring tasks.
• Generate structured, version-controlled invoice files for partners.
• Identify data mismatches and implement long-term technical fixes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to improve process design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or financial systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL and complex logic in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in writing or modifying Python scripts for data cleanup.
• Structured, systems-first approach to problem-solving.
