TL;DR

Data Operations Analyst (Finance): Designing and maintaining systems that translate patient engagement data into structured, partner-trusted billing outputs with an accent on SQL-based logic and data transformation workflows. Location: Must be based in the Bay Area (Menlo Park/San Francisco) for hybrid work

What you will do

  • Reconcile patient engagement data across internal and external clinical sources monthly.
  • Codify billing logic in SQL (BigQuery) and develop auditable transformation workflows.
  • Use Python or Google Sheets scripting to clean inputs and automate recurring tasks.
  • Generate structured, version-controlled invoice files for partners.
  • Identify data mismatches and implement long-term fixes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to improve process design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Business, or Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or financial systems.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL and complex logic in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience writing or modifying Python scripts for data cleanup.
  • Structured, systems-first approach to problem-solving.
