Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Base salary: $140K–$160K, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered super app for managing car ownership and other physical assets, including insurance, vehicle sales, registration, loans, safety, repairs, and parking.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for new and existing features.
• Identify and test levers for profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Use advanced machine learning models to conduct analyses and generate strategic insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm, preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group, or relevant business analysis and operations experience.
• High comfort level with SQL and complex data analysis.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with both frontline employees and C-suite audiences.
• Current residence in one of the specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada is required for full-time salaried employment.
