Program Analyst (Logistics/Data Mining)

Location: Onsite at Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; 29 Palms, CA; or Marine Corps Base K-Bay, HI, United States. Travel as needed.

Salary: $95,000–$180,000 per year, based on geographic location, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Perform data mining and analysis to support program logistics efforts.
• Use COLTS to track, monitor, and report asset status and readiness.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for program management.
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support government stakeholders with data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• At least five years of COLTS experience.
• At least 10 years of logistics and data mining experience; experience may overlap.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or six additional years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work onsite at one of the listed United States military locations.
• Full-time availability and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing logistics reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Familiarity with PMA-263 program requirements and military logistics systems.
• Advanced Excel or data visualization tool expertise.
