Associate, BizOps & Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote, but full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Listed locations include New York, Boston, Chicago, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered super app for car ownership, covering insurance, vehicle purchases, registration, loans, safety, repairs, diagnostics, and parking.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to acquisition strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments for new and existing product features.
• Define and test levers for profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Use advanced machine learning models and complex data analysis to inform business and product strategies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• At least 1 year of management consulting experience at a top firm, or relevant business analysis or operations experience.
• High comfort with SQL and complex data analysis.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with audiences ranging from frontline employees to the C-suite.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required for hiring.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience at McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group.
