Program Manager Innovation (AI)

Location: Hybrid position in Levallois-Perret, France, with 108 days of remote work per year

What you will do

• Own delivery of the Drive platform programme, including scoping, configuration, testing, migration, go-live, and hypercare.
• Frame projects, manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and cross-programme dependencies.
• Lead release planning, readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release follow-up across the SDLC.
• Coordinate specifications, development, UAT, migration, and agile deployment with squad leads.
• Facilitate steering committees, report programme status, escalate blockers, and maintain the roadmap and documentation.
• Drive change management, adoption, training coverage, AI-assisted delivery, AI governance, and application landscape rationalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT programme or project management, covering business analysis and delivery.
• Daily practical use of AI in professional work and the ability to demonstrate its impact on delivery.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of full-stack and low-code development, data analytics, and systems integration.
• Experience with multi-country deployments and managing several projects in parallel.
• Fluent French and English required for work with international stakeholders and French-speaking sponsors.
