Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution

Location: Hybrid role based in France; onsite attendance may be required during the interview process.

What you will do

• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio, customer prioritization, migration sequencing, cohorts, and execution plans.
• Lead the Migration Execution Office and coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and consulting partners.
• Establish governance forums, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, escalation management, and commercial approval processes.
• Plan migration capacity and readiness across delivery teams, partners, and supporting functions.
• Oversee technical and commercial migrations for on-premise customers from qualification through implementation, testing, go-live, and optimization.
• Lead commercial migrations for cloud customers moving to new packaging and pricing models while balancing retention, migration velocity, and ARR realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition, or customer lifecycle programs.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving execution across commercial, technical, and services organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS business models, subscription transitions, or commercial transformation.
• Experience managing global customer transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud migration methodologies and enterprise application modernization.
• Familiarity with pricing migrations and customer retention programs.
