Location: Suresnes, France. Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in France; international relocation and remote work outside France are not considered.

What you will do
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across the authentication hardware portfolio, aligning owners, milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
- Maintain integrated plans for new product introductions, product changes, manufacturing readiness, ramp-up, and launches.
- Track delivery risks, customer-impacting issues, backlog, commitments, and readiness; drive mitigation and corrective actions.
- Facilitate operating reviews and action tracking, ensuring ownership, deadlines, and timely closure.
- Build portfolio dashboards and KPIs, improve data quality, and create decision-ready status and executive materials.
- Automate reporting and operational processes using Power Automate, AI tools, and other business systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience coordinating programs in hardware, manufacturing, technology, or product development environments.
- Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools, and dashboard or reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with NPI, industrialization, manufacturing ramp-up, supply chain programs, PLM, ERP, Agile, or SAFe environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, AI-enabled productivity tools, or similar automation technologies.
- Experience in identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology markets.
