Location: Hybrid in Toronto, London, or Washington, DC

Salary: USA—California, New York, and Washington state: $175,000–$250,000 base salary plus equity; USA—other states: $140,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity; Canada: CA$200,000–CA$280,000 base salary plus equity.

What you will do

  • Define and implement Corporate Affairs strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics across communications, government affairs, and Impact.
  • Streamline planning cadences, budget management, headcount planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Coordinate with legal, product, sales, marketing, HR, and finance to align initiatives and commitments.
  • Monitor KPIs, develop data-driven insights, and recommend improvements to initiative success and functional impact.
  • Support Corporate Affairs operations and foster accountability across its three departments.
  • Lead special projects and act as a liaison between Corporate Affairs leadership and executive teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate operations, communications, government affairs, or public policy in government or the private sector.
  • Experience with project management tools, analytical work, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to organize fast-moving, complex functions and translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, accountability, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience creating board-level presentation decks, stakeholder materials, and demonstrating executive presence.

Nice to have

  • International experience and knowledge of foreign policy, AI, or technology-related fields.
