National Security Program Leader (Aerospace)

Location: Marseille Area, based at the Marignane site in France

hirify.global Helicopters develops and manufactures helicopters and operates a major industrial site in Marignane.

What you will do

• Lead security governance for military programs across physical infrastructure, sensitive areas, industrial assets, and information systems.
• Analyze defense contracts, Program Security Instructions, information security assurance plans, and security annexes to define requirements for operational teams.
• Coordinate Program Security Officers, Site Security Officers, and National Security Officers across entities.
• Define, justify, and manage national security budgets for military programs and projects.
• Monitor French, German, Spanish, EU, NATO, and OCCAR defense security regulations and report compliance progress to top management.
• Support state-client audits and act as a strategic liaison on program security compliance.

Requirements

• Absolute mastery of French defense security regulations, including IGI 1300, IM900, II901, and CAC Armement.
• Experience steering complex defense projects from initial scoping through final delivery, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expertise in project profit and loss, budget forecasting, cost tracking, and resource optimization.
• Deep knowledge of defense procurement documentation, classified physical and digital information, Crypto, Armament, and Classified Weapons.
• Experience working with high-level state representatives and international military organizations, with strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory. German or Spanish defense-framework knowledge is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Background with the DGA or DRSD in an industrial and classified environment.
• Experience managing complex military-program contracts.
• Experience as a Security Officer in a company manufacturing military products under a Facility Security Clearance.
