Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
• Build an understanding of multiple talent markets and support hiring across countries.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring outcomes.
• Use recruiting metrics and data to guide hiring strategy and decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring a variety of roles in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience understanding multiple talent markets, ideally across multiple countries.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with essential LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, consultative, and collaborative skills.
• English and Portuguese required.

• Experience with Workday or a similar ATS.
