Location: Reforma, Mexico City, with required in-office attendance two days per week

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical, high-impact, and executive-level roles.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networking, talent mapping, and referrals.
- Partner with VPs, directors, and hiring managers, providing talent-market insights and hiring guidance.
- Improve recruiting workflows, interview rubrics, candidate experience, and employer-brand touchpoints.
- Mentor recruiters and share best practices in sourcing, candidate management, and ATS optimization.
- Use Workday and recruiting analytics to track metrics, evaluate sourcing tactics, and support leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including complex and high-volume requisitions.
- Understanding of digital marketing, agency structures, and emerging skill sets.
- Strong emotional intelligence and experience influencing senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and enterprise ATS platforms.
- Workday experience and the ability to use recruiting data and dashboards to guide business strategy.
- Comfort with a regular in-office commitment in Reforma, Mexico City, two days per week.
