Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contract)

Location: Remote, Georgia, United States

Salary: $60–$68 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and hourly Operations, Engineering, R&D, and other roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to define requirements, timelines, competencies, and hiring expectations.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social networks, databases, web mining, and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles and guide candidates through screening, interviews, and hiring stages.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and process discipline in Workday and other recruiting tools.
• Provide hiring updates, improve recruiting processes, and support scalable Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills in high-volume or technical recruiting environments.
• Prior corporate recruiting experience and the ability to influence hiring managers and drive aligned decisions.
• Experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools; Workday experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Strong prioritization, time management, problem-solving, consultative, and judgment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with the ability to navigate complex and changing business demands.

• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry.
