Talent Acquisition Specialist – Go-To-Market (SaaS): Managing end-to-end recruitment for commercial and revenue-facing roles across Europe with an accent on proactive sourcing, stakeholder partnership, candidate experience, and employer branding. Focus on building competitive GTM talent pipelines, advising Sales and Revenue leaders, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work. Flexible on-site and remote policy with up to 4 remote days per month and 3 non-consecutive remote weeks per year.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market roles including Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Operations profiles.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders on hiring strategies, recruitment best practices, and diversity hiring.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting in the technology and SaaS markets.
- Deliver an authentic, inclusive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with People and Marketing on employer branding and improve recruitment processes using data and feedback.
- Share talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights with leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including hiring GTM or Sales profiles.
- Understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and effective GTM hiring.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and experience building pipelines for competitive profiles.
- Experience advising Sales and Revenue leaders and managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Fluent French and English required.
- Strong communication, project management, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
