Commercial Lines Account Manager, Select (Property and Casualty Insurance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Destrehan, Houma, or Metairie, Louisiana; Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma; or Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships, account retention, and service activities for commercial lines accounts with $5,000 or less in revenue.
• Analyze coverage options, develop insurance programs, present recommendations, and implement selected solutions.
• Manage renewal workflows, negotiate renewals and new coverage lines, and prevent lapses in coverage.
• Educate clients on policy changes, exclusions, coverages, and insurance industry trends.
• Prepare insurance proposals and summaries, assist with claims reporting, and respond to client and carrier requests.
• Manage invoicing, collections, cancellations, and account performance according to company guidelines and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a commercial Property and Casualty insurance agency.
• Current Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sagitta and ImageRight is preferred.
• Comfort with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced team environment.
