Assistant Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Location: Duluth, Georgia, United States; hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Support the operational and day-to-day management of commercial insurance accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, mail, and email while maintaining strong client and colleague relationships.
• Process certificates, auto ID cards, policy change requests, binders, invoices, renewal proposals, and policy issuance follow-ups.
• Prepare ACORD applications, obtain loss runs and premium finance quotes, run MVRs and M&S reports, and create loss summaries.
• Complete process audits, policy checklists, paperless filing, and document uploads to the EPIC Portal; update Sagitta.
• Build insurance knowledge through training and education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• P&C insurance license or related work experience preferred; the license must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already held.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and relevant software applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, organizational, mathematical, analytical, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, respond with urgency, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work reliably and collaboratively in a team environment.
