Commercial Insurance Account Manager (Sports)

Location: Remote, with candidates preferred within a day's drive of Atlanta, Georgia; occasional team and client meetings at the Sandy Springs office may be required. The position is listed for Alabama.

What you will do

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, audits, schedules, and other client-service documents.
• Advise clients on coverage, exclusions, policy changes, and insurance needs while resolving routine questions and transactions.
• Support renewals through exposure analysis, market comparisons, quote evaluation, premium and commission negotiations, proposal preparation, and binder accuracy checks.
• Prepare client presentations, submissions, proposals, insurance summaries, reports, invoices, and monthly expirations.
• Maintain accurate client files, workflow logs, and activity records in agency management systems.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and internal departments to deliver client service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial insurance account management experience, preferably with a mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Current Property & Casualty license required.
• Full knowledge of Property & Casualty lines of coverage, services, rating procedures, and insurance industry operations.
• Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Valid driver license required.
