Client Manager - Commercial P&C Accounts (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Hybrid schedule required three days per week in the Austin, Dallas, or Houston offices, United States.

What you will do

• Manage client service delivery throughout insurance renewals and policy periods for an assigned book of commercial accounts, largely consisting of charter schools.
• Respond to client inquiries, own concerns through resolution, and provide professional consultation on coverage needs.
• Process applications, policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations while coordinating with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Sagitta, ImageRight, carrier websites, and email systems.
• Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverage to recommend proactive insurance solutions.
• Support account remarketing, new account solicitation, client retention, cross-selling, and collaboration with the broader account team.

Requirements

• At least three years of prior commercial insurance experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, diplomacy, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess insurance coverage needs and work independently and collaboratively.
• Broker’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant proprietary databases.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
