Business Operations Senior Associate (Logistics)

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Project-manage strategic priorities that optimize business performance.
• Measure process impact and efficiency while identifying new ways to create business value.
• Develop frameworks for prioritizing strategic opportunities and maximizing ROI.
• Identify operational weaknesses and improve or innovate processes.
• Develop, communicate, and operate strategic projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze fleet performance to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, business intelligence, strategy, high-growth operations, startups, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to investigate independently, work with data, balance detail with speed, and drive projects through execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience with ridesharing platforms such as Uber or Lyft.
• High-growth operations or startup experience.
