Associate Manager, New Verticals - Fulfillment Dasher Strategy & Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid work model with a few in-person days each month.

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Develop strategy and execute initiatives for reliable, scalable Dasher supply across New Verticals offerings.
• Analyze operational data and use SQL to support business decisions and improve selection metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, and Operations teams.
• Build and improve in-store tools and technology that make Dasher shopping more efficient and intuitive.
• Create and execute quarterly and annual strategic plans aligned with product capabilities.
• Drive operational improvements, including AI-powered selection predictions and potential merchant enablement or CPG partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups, or a related field.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience extracting insights from data.
• Comfort with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with technical and operational partners.
• Completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in the United States and attend the San Francisco office in the hybrid arrangement.

• MBA.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or Copilot to automate repeatable tasks.
