Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics Strategy & Operations (Logistics)

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Shape strategy and execution for the Dasher & Logistics organization.
• Investigate high-priority business problems using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Build detailed understanding of market operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and test hypotheses through experimentation to improve user experiences.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to implement solutions at scale.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups, or a related field.
• Ability to independently analyze data using SQL and Excel.
• Strong quantitative reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to work in one of the listed U.S. locations.
