Vice President, Head of Product- CareScout Insurance

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, or New York, New York

Salary: $195,800–$303,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term product vision and strategy for CareScout Insurance in alignment with enterprise growth and customer needs.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, scaling, and optimization.
• Manage profitability, risk, and performance metrics to guide executive decisions and improve portfolio growth, margin, and customer outcomes.
• Lead the design and launch of long-term care insurance solutions, including alternative funding models and hybrid offerings.
• Translate customer insights and market intelligence into differentiated product features and seamless customer experiences.
• Partner with Finance, Distribution, Underwriting, and Claims while developing leadership capabilities and accountability across the product team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management, insurance, or financial services, with deep expertise in insurance product design.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and owning P&L at scale.
• Experience with long-term care, life or health insurance, or adjacent markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong enterprise leadership skills, including the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strategic, forward-thinking approach and comfort working with complexity and ambiguity.
