Product Development (Asset Management)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work. Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $125,000–$190,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and retirement contributions.

hirify.global operates an asset management business serving institutional, intermediary, and high-net-worth distribution channels across equity, fixed income, alternative, and multi-asset investment products.

What you will do

• Manage product development activities across research, business-case creation, design, pricing, positioning, launch, and ongoing support.
• Develop and implement new business plans, investment products, and funds, including registered and unregistered vehicles.
• Lead product development initiatives, prepare proposals, and present findings to senior management.
• Analyze markets, competitors, investment trends, product flows, pricing, and market sizing.
• Support product strategy, prioritization, risk management reviews, and regulatory-change assessment.
• Supervise, train, and develop other product team members while coordinating initiatives across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5+ years of product development or relevant asset management experience.
• Experience with a range of registered and unregistered vehicles, such as mutual funds, ETFs, private funds, interval funds, and tender offer funds.
• Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, current trends, and recent developments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to turn research and conceptual work into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent project management, time management, planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Must have US work authorization and not require current or future sponsorship.

• MBA and/or CFA.
