VP, Product Management (Audit)

What you will do

• Develop and execute commercially driven go-to-market strategies for the Global Audit portfolio to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead the commercialization of AI-enabled features and agentic AI workflows that automate audit tasks and augment professional judgment.
• Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies based on customer insights and financial modeling (ARR, LTV:CAC).
• Manage the full P&L to meet financial commitments, including ARR growth, NRR/GRR, and gross margin expansion.
• Cultivate customer intimacy by engaging with key accounts to translate needs into strategic product roadmaps.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of commercially minded product managers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA (Coppell, TX).
• 15+ years of product management experience in SaaS with proven P&L accountability.
• 5+ years of experience in the Audit, Tax, and Accounting industry, CPA market, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling commercial software products, specifically those with AI/ML components.
• Deep understanding of AI and Agentic AI applications within enterprise software.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience in B2B SaaS verticals such as FinTech, HealthTech, or HRTech.
