Market Manager (Ridesharing Operations)

Location: Chicago, United States; on-site

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus annual bonus and stock options

hirify.global is a rapidly growing technology and logistics startup building operational infrastructure for autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end operations for the Chicago rideshare fleet.
• Oversee driver scheduling, dispatch, performance monitoring, and day-to-day fleet operations.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and repair programs to optimize utilization and safety.
• Partner with Growth to recruit, onboard, and retain drivers.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and maximize fleet profitability.
• Provide driver training and support while conducting safety audits and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations management, business consulting, or related experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a record of delivering results through others.
• Data-driven mindset with strong business judgment, analytical, strategic, and execution skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and manage teams both in person and remotely.
• BA/BS degree with an impressive academic record.

Nice to have

• Entrepreneurial experience or an owner’s mentality.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with ridesharing platforms such as Uber or Lyft.
