Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence

Location: Chicago Warehouse; other locations include Atlanta, Dallas, and Miami. Onsite role with domestic and international travel as needed.

Base salary: $115,280–$144,100 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead physical security and loss prevention programs across offices, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and partner sites.
• Develop security and loss prevention KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-level analyses covering trends, root causes, risks, resource allocation, vendor performance, and ROI.
• Author and enforce global policies, SOPs, site security plans, audit frameworks, and recurring loss prevention checklists.
• Plan security infrastructure for new facilities and market entries, including site assessments, vendor selection, CCTV, access control, and system deployment.
• Coordinate crisis management, threat assessments, emergency response, training, investigations, evidence preservation, and cross-functional work with HSE, HR, Legal, Operations, and Compliance.
• Manage the security ticketing system, third-party guard services covering 50+ contracted officers, vendor relationships, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and business reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a role combining physical security or loss prevention with data analytics, policy development, or program design. Traditional security experience alone is not sufficient.
• Experience managing security operations across multiple locations and geographies, including hands-on CCTV and access control platform experience.
• Experience building and analyzing security and loss prevention metrics, working in data platforms, and translating incident data into actionable insights and executive reporting.
• Ability to author global policies, SOPs, security plans, and program documentation from scratch.
• Experience managing third-party guard services and security vendor contracts.
• Experience conducting complex investigations involving theft, workplace violence, or supply chain security.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations, and Compliance.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
