Head of Quality Management - HPC (Quality Assurance)

What you will do

• Ensure project quality assurance requirements, client obligations, and statutory requirements are understood and implemented.
• Report quality metrics at BNET and PMO level and oversee scheduled and ad hoc project audits.
• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System and develop project-specific quality procedures.
• Manage audit schedules, CAR/NCR logs, lessons learned, configuration controls, and lifetime quality records.
• Review procurement and technical documentation for QA/QC compliance and support NCR closure.
• Lead quality improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools and coach QA/QM teams.

Requirements

• Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in organisation and delivery development and improvement within a technical programme or project environment.
• Knowledge of UK and international standards and codes of practice.
• Recognised Lead Auditor qualification.
• Recognised engineering qualification, ONC/BTEC/C&G, or JB15A/A Associate Diploma and Advanced Certificate in Engineering.
• CCNSG certification is mandatory.

• ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute.
