What you will do

• Lead a Quality Engineering team responsible for quality across Salesforce platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and connected web/mobile experiences.
• Define and evolve risk-based quality strategies with traceability, audit-ready evidence, and functional and non-functional validation.
• Scale automation-first testing by developing Java and Selenium frameworks, expanding regression coverage, and automating high-value scenarios earlier in delivery.
• Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to improve test design, regression selection, failure analysis, risk identification, and defect triage with human oversight.
• Coordinate testing across feature development, System Integration Testing, Design Verification, regression, and release readiness.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Release teams while reporting quality metrics and release risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality, testing, or quality engineering, including leadership of engineering or QE teams in Agile environments.
• Significant experience testing Salesforce platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, business processes, APIs, data migrations, and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience leading System Integration Testing and Design Verification testing for business-critical systems in regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, Selenium WebDriver, test automation frameworks, test design patterns, and Polarion ALM.
• Experience applying AI-enabled testing techniques and using quality metrics to improve release confidence.
• Knowledge of FDA, GDPR, and GxP expectations, plus strong people leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Medical device or healthcare experience and knowledge of risk-based validation approaches such as CSA.
• Salesforce certifications or experience supporting Salesforce release management and platform upgrades.
• ISTQB, automation engineering, Selenium/Java, enterprise application testing, or ACCELQ experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI or GenAI in QA.
