What you will do

• Plan, write, execute, and maintain functional, regression, automation, integration, load, and manual test suites.
• Test Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Copilot Studio agents, and related Microsoft technologies before release.
• Diagnose defects, identify root causes, manage issues, and report testing accuracy, quality, and risks against business and customer KPIs.
• Support continuous delivery, application lifecycle management, platform governance, and high-quality production releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Citizen Developers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and Copilot Studio or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong experience in test planning, test case creation, execution, defect management, regression testing, release validation, and test reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and risk assessment.
• Experience communicating test outcomes and working with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of secure platform delivery, data protection, compliance, and governance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Custom Connectors, and advanced Dataverse capabilities.
• Experience testing AI response quality, grounding, responsible AI principles, prompt behaviour, and conversational experiences.
• Experience with performance, accessibility, security, usability, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, CoE practices, DLP policies, and ALM.
• Experience testing integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or Microsoft Graph.
