Senior Quality Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom; occasional international travel is required for training, company events, and scheduled meetings.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Design and execute functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing.
• Test end-to-end business processes across Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain risk-based regression test suites and test Dynamics customisations, extensions, integrations, and web applications.
• Support data migration, environment refresh, release upgrade, and post-release verification testing.
• Contribute to test automation using AL Test Toolkit, Playwright, EasyRepro, and Postman.
• Lead defect triage and release readiness, define testable acceptance criteria, and coach product, consulting, development, and delivery teams on quality practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on QA experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong experience in functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing, including customised and extended Dynamics solutions.
• Understanding of risk-based testing, structured test design, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience coaching teams and improving quality processes in Agile environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AL Test Toolkit, Playwright, EasyRepro, or Postman/API testing.
• Experience with data migration, integration testing, Dynamics 365 ISV products, or AppSource solutions.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience with AI tooling and practices in software quality.
