PSO Claims Representative (Health Insurance)

What you will do

• Assess and process medical expense claims within defined turnaround times.
• Enter claim data accurately into PC and mainframe applications.
• Manage personal workload by monitoring claim chronology, volume, and processing time.
• Identify unclear claims, procedural irregularities, and process optimization opportunities, escalating them to the Supervisor.
• Communicate accurate dossier information to internal employees and raise problems or sensitivities with the appropriate superior.
• Handle medical information discreetly while maintaining high-quality, accurate, and efficient claims processing.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in foreign languages, translation and interpreting, administration, or a related area.
• Active knowledge of English is required.
• Ability to make decisions based on available information and allocated files.
• Strong numerical skills, accuracy, discipline, and attention to procedures and document flows.
• Ability to learn and use current office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle confidential medical information discreetly.
